OKA Direct takes letting at West Park Harrogate
Town Centre Securities PLC have announced a further letting to OKA Direct at the recently completed Development at 8-10 West Park, Harrogate.OKA Direct has an extensive range of products for the home, which have the beauty, comfort and quality unmatched by anyone else in the Furniture industry.
The 4,000 sq ft retail has been let on a 10 yr lease at a rental of £70,000 per annum.
